Mrs House at home in Crystal Court
Mrs House and Mrs Keeble were among existing residents keen to show potential purchasers the many benefits of owning a home in Crystal Court during the recent open weekend. Both ladies invited visitors to inspect their own properties so people could see how the apartments stand up to 'real life' as opposed to the showhome interiors.
Mrs House was the first person to put a deposit down on her property at Crystal Court.
She explains:
'It sounds funny, but one of the main selling points for me personally was the size of the hall in the showhome! It is very rare these days to see so much space dedicated to the hallway in this style of development, but the hall was an indicator of what was to come with the rest of the development. The attention to detail and quality of the build is without fault. I had been considering moving for a while and when I saw the showhome here my mind was made up'.
Fellow resident, Mrs Keeble, agrees:
'I was the first resident to move into Crystal Court and the build quality was also very important to me. My son-in-law is a construction engineer so to have his reassurance was comforting. It can be daunting when buying off-plan as it can be hard to visualise what your new home will look like. I was determined that for the first time in my life everything would be new; fixtures, fittings and people! I have absolutely no regrets about making the decision to move when I did. I think some people leave it too late and the chance passes them by'.
Both residents have the luxury of balconies and can often be found enjoying the morning sun over a cup of tea whilst enjoying the pretty views over the communal landscaped rooftop garden.
The communal areas are important to both Mrs House and Mrs Keeble, as they explain:
'We both feel very lucky to live here. We have a spacious residents' lounge where we can socialise if we wish, as well as a separate well stocked library for quieter relaxation. All floors have lift access which is an added benefit and there is plenty of parking for residents and visitors alike. We are within just a few minutes walking distance of local shops and amenities which makes life a lot easier and is particularly important when you get to our stage of life. We are hoping to form a residents' committee which will organise social activities and are both looking forward to a long and happy future here at Crystal Court'.
Residents at Crystal Court really do enjoy the best of both worlds as they have the independence of owning their own property with the option to socialise with other occupants if they wish.
